Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 August 2026
Quotes and project scope
Prices shown on the website are starting points. The final quote depends on the agreed number of pages, features, content and project requirements.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required before work begins unless a different written payment arrangement is agreed. The remaining balance is payable before the website goes live.
Client content
The client is responsible for supplying accurate text, images, logos, prices and other materials and for confirming that they have permission to use them.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are completed during the review stage. New pages, major redesigns or additional features may require a separate quote.
Timelines
Turnaround times are estimates and depend on project complexity, feedback, approvals and the timely supply of content.
Domains, hosting and renewals
Where included, domain registration and hosting cover the first year. From the second year, estimated renewal costs are R600–R1,200 per year for hosting and R150–R250 per year for a .co.za domain. Exact provider costs are confirmed before renewal. Ongoing maintenance is not included unless agreed separately. If renewal is not paid, the website may go offline and the domain may expire; the client retains ownership of the website files.
Third-party services
Some website functions rely on third-party providers such as hosting companies, payment gateways, maps, email forms or social media platforms. Their availability and terms are outside CampbellWeb’s direct control.
Approval and launch
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website before launch. Final approval confirms acceptance of the design and supplied content.
These general terms should be reviewed and tailored for each formal client agreement and project scope.
